Alkaline earth metal method: mixing cyanuric acid aqueous solution with alkaline earth metal hydroxide (such as calcium hydroxide) aqueous solution, and reacting with chlorine gas to generate trichloroisocyanuric acid.
Hypochlorous acid method: reaction of hypochlorous acid aqueous solution with cyanuric acid slurry at low temperature to generate trichloroisocyanuric acid.
Other methods: such as liquid chlorination agent method, solvent method, etc., can also be selected according to specific production conditions and needs.
Production process:
Raw material preparation: raw materials such as cyanuric acid, chlorine gas or hypochlorous acid shall be prepared according to a certain proportion.
Reaction synthesis: the raw materials are put into the reactor to carry out the synthesis reaction. During the reaction, it is necessary to control the temperature, pressure, pH value and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the reaction.
Cooling and filtration: After the reaction, the reactant was cooled and filtered to remove impurities and unreacted raw materials.
Washing with water and drying: The filtered product was washed with water and dried to obtain the finished trichloroisocyanuric acid.
